Yury administers pamiri.online and organises the research seminar on Iranian languages. Since 2024, Yury has been a member of the editorial board of the "Indo-Iranian Languages" journal.
Biography
Yury participated in three field trips to Pamir to study the Shughni language (2021–2023) and two trips to Vladizavkaz to study the Ossetic language (2023–2024).
He is also a member of the Philological Society (PhilSoc), the British Association of Academic Phoneticians (BAAP) and the Association for Laboratory Phonology (LabPhon).
