Research seminar on Iranian languages has been held regularly since 2022. Once a month, the seminar focuses on the linguistic aspects of Iranian and related languages. Presentations are divided into two tracks: the main track, which features results from (nearly) completed research, and the Work in Progress track, consisting of workshops dedicated to research in its early stages, including student projects. Recordings of selected talks are published on our YouTube channel.
The working languages of the seminar are Russian and English.
The seminar is organised by Yury Makarov (2022–present) and Oleg Belyaev (2023–2024).
Work in Progress Track
If you would like to present your research findings and receive feedback from colleagues during a Work in Progress session, please contact Yury Makarov. In your email, please include a provisional title and your preferred dates; you may also optionally attach an abstract.
